Hi Weirdos!

Here are a few notes regarding shipping!

 

WHY DON 'T ORDERS WITH JUST STICKERS HAVE TRACKING?

I will use shipping to the USA as an example here. We can ship a letter mail envelope to the USA for $1.50 Canadian. To have that envelope tracked, would cost over $10 Canadian - a cost that is not justified for sticker orders.

 

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES:

These approximate delivery times are given to us by Canada Post. These times do not include weekends or holidays, or high volume holiday shipping times like Christmas, Mothers Day etc.

CANADA: 1 - 2 weeks

USA - 2 weeks

INTERNATIONAL - Depending upon destination country - Can take 4 weeks

*We have noticed that shipping around the holidays is adding a week to two weeks for delivery.

 

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG

There are two scenarios here:

1. You contact us prior to your item being shipped: Phew! This is the best scenario, as we can fix your address before it ships :)

2. You contact us AFTER your order ships: Unfortunately, this is not something we have the ability to fix. We can't change an address after an order has been dropped at the post office. If this happens to you, we suggest contacting your post office to request mail forwarding services. If your package is returned to us as undeliverable (which can take some time) we will offer you a partial refund (no shipping will be refunded) or we will request that you pay again to have the order reshipped.
